I cannot say enough about this shop! My car had an issue come up that needed to be resolved ASAP, these guys were amazing got me in asap and helped me out and I was back on the road in no time. The service at Ace Automotive is incredibly helpful, honest, and accommodating, especially the owner. Their prices are great, and it's evident they prioritize building strong customer relationships, unlike some other businesses solely focused on profit. Fair pricing, quality work and complete honesty. Usually I'd be happy with of the three, but Ace has all it. Couldn't imagine a better place to have my car serviced. The team at Ace was able to save me about ~15 grand of work across the work fleet versus what other local businesses were quoting me. Wanted to wait a few months after the work before reviewing and I can safely say, no short or mid term issues from their more cost effective solution. Definitely the best shop in the region. I was in a bind and needed a mechanic I could trust, but a perfect 5-star rating on Google made me a little suspicious. I decided to take a chance, and I am so glad I did. I dropped my car off at 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday, expecting to wait at least a week, and it was ready for pickup by the end of the day on Monday! The service was incredibly fast and they got the job done without any hassle. They were professional, didn't overcharge me (hundreds less than what I expected), and the entire experience was refreshingly honest. Highly recommend this shop.
